Healing begins in connection with yourself, your story, and those who walk beside you. My hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, validated, and gently challenged to rediscover who you are beneath the noise and expectations of life. In our work together, we’ll explore the balance between reflection and growth, stillness and change, finding strength in your story and meaning in your becoming.
My approach is based on trauma- and attachment-informed care, guided by compassion, curiosity, and an anti-oppressive lens. I strive to create a space where you can bring your whole self (your culture, gender and sexual identity, abilities, hardships, and dreams) and know that every part of you belongs. Each session is an invitation to slow down, to listen closely to the quiet parts of yourself, and to honour the beauty in your complexity. Healing, to me, isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering, integrating, and learning to move through the world as your truest self.
My approach incorporates a blend of evidence-based approaches, each tailored uniquely for you, including:
• Narrative Therapy,
• Solution-Focused Therapy,
• Strengths-Based Therapy,
• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT),
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
I support individuals 16 and older who are navigating life’s many chapters, including:
• Anxiety and depression
• Stress and burnout
• Emotional regulation and anger
• Relational challenges (romantic and platonic)
• Self-worth, self-esteem, and identity
• ADHD-related emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Transitions (from high school to university, or into new seasons of life)
• The emotional landscape of entrepreneurship and creative work
At the heart of my work is a deep reverence for your story, for the ways you’ve survived, adapted, and continued to grow. Healing looks different for everyone, but I believe it always begins with courage: the courage to turn inward, to feel, to trust again. Wherever you find yourself in this moment, it would be an honour to walk beside you as you rediscover the truth of who you are.
Healing begins in connection with yourself, your story, and those who walk beside you. My hope is... Read More

In 2014, my life took a turn when I was traded to the Saskatoon Blades. The pressures of elite sports at a young age took a toll on my mental health. Growing up on a traditional farm with little resources, I had no understanding of mental health and how to cope with my struggles in an appropriate way. Although this led me down a personally-dark path, I grew an eventual passion for helping others navigate their own challenges in a healthy way.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology. Thus far, I have had the privilege of supporting diverse individuals within our community, particularly those facing athletic pressures, work stress, relationship difficulties, accountability issues, goal-setting challenges, anger, bullying, anxiety, depression, and self-harm.
I commit myself to creating a safe space for everyone, regardless of their sexuality, culture, gender, religious beliefs, or preferred pronouns. I believe in building trust, open communication, and fostering an environment of equality. I pride myself on my non-judgmental listening, honesty, positivity and empathy, creating a space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves. I utilize techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs.
I work with individuals aged 12 and older, offering both in-person and virtual counselling sessions. If you’re seeking support, please reach out: admin@evolvecounsellingyxe.com or (639) 384-7674.

Celeste Lemieux PaT
Hi, I’m Celeste — a passionate advocate for positive sexuality, holistic wellness, and self-empowerment.
For over two decades, I’ve supported individuals in exploring their relationships with themselves and others — helping navigate challenges around intimacy, connection, and wellness through education, guidance, and open-hearted conversation.
In 2014, I created the Life Balance Development System to offer deeper mentorship to clients and students seeking ethical practices, intuitive guidance, development and mentorship. Through this system, I provide Life Balance Intuitive Sessions and Practitioner/Mentor Development Programs that focus on accountability, responsibility, self-awareness, and collaboration. My approach blends Natural, Traditional, Spiritual, Shamanic, Yogic, Tantric, Energetic, Clinical, and Practical modalities — shaped by ongoing studies and mentorship with trusted teachers since 2008.
My background includes studies in human anatomy and physiology, human sexuality, psychology, sacred sexuality and yoga.. I bring this diverse training into my work while remaining deeply committed to trauma-informed principles and practices.
I believe that healing and transformation are deeply personal and profoundly sacred. It’s my honour to walk alongside those seeking balance, connection, and greater harmony in their lives.
